Overview
The Spain Digital Nomad Visa is a residency option for non-EU/EEA/Swiss nationals who work remotely for clients or employers based outside Spain. It allows eligible digital professionals to live in Spain legally while continuing their career remotely.
The visa leads to a temporary residence permit, which is renewable and can eventually support a pathway toward permanent residency and Spanish citizenship, subject to eligibility and legal requirements.

Passport Photos
Valid passport photos with a minimum of 6 months left.
Financial proof (Bank Statements/Payslips)
Evidence of salaried income earnings. €2,700 EUR in monthly salaried income as an individual. An additional €1,097 EUR in monthly salaried income when adding a spouse, and €346 EUR in additional annual salaried income when adding dependent children.
