Italy's Elective Residence Visa is designed for financially independent individuals with sufficient passive income who wish to establish residency in Italy without undertaking employment.
This permit leads to legal residency in Italy and provides a pathway toward permanent residency and, ultimately, Italian citizenship, subject to eligibility and legal requirements.

Passport Photos
Valid passport photos with a minimum of 6 months left.
Financial proof (Bank/Financial Statements)
Evidence of passive income earnings. €32,000 EUR in annual passive income as an individual. An additional €6,000 EUR when adding a spouse, and when adding dependent children.
Utility Bill
Proof of current address.
Marriage Certificates
Required when adding a spouse.
